一、空調機組出廠(chǎng)試驗室方案   Delivery Laboratory  of Air Conditioning Unit

1、空調機組總裝配生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)   Total assembly line of air conditioning unit

2、噴淋實(shí)驗室  Spraying laboratory

- 噴淋試驗室根據《 TB/T 1802-1996 》和《 TB2054-89 》中的相關(guān)技術(shù)要求和規定而設計制造。噴淋水壓可達0.3MPa。

The spraying laboratory is designed and manufactured according to relevant technical requirements and regulations in TB/T 1802-1996 and TB2054-89. Its spraying water pressure can reach 0.3MPa.

- 噴淋試驗室用于大鐵路、城軌及動(dòng)車(chē)高鐵軌道車(chē)輛配套的空調機組的淋雨測試，以確保出廠(chǎng)空調機組在規定的試驗工況下進(jìn)行測試。

In the spraying laboratory, water-spray test is made for air conditioning units matched with large railway, urban rail, bullet train and G-series high-speed train, so as to ensure that the delivery air conditioning units are tested under the specified test conditions.

3、出廠(chǎng)運轉試驗室   Delivery operation laboratory

-出廠(chǎng)運轉試驗室根據《TB T 1804-2009 鐵道客車(chē)空調機組》及國家其它相關(guān)法律法規中的相關(guān)技術(shù)要求和規定而設計制造。

The delivery operation laboratory is designed and manufactured according to relevant technical requirements and regulations in TB T 1804-2009 Air Conditioning Unit for Railway Passenger Car and other relevant national laws and regulations.

-出廠(chǎng)運轉試驗室用于大鐵路、城軌及動(dòng)車(chē)高鐵軌道車(chē)輛配套的空調機組出廠(chǎng)前在規定的試驗工況下進(jìn)行常規運轉測試。

The delivery operation laboratory is used for carrying out routine operation test for air conditioning units before delivery under the specified test conditions.

-測試過(guò)程數據可人工及全自動(dòng)采集，為空調的質(zhì)量控制、降低故障率、可靠性提供手段?？蓽y試參數包括蒸發(fā)器進(jìn)出風(fēng)溫度、蒸發(fā)壓力、冷凝器進(jìn)出風(fēng)溫度、冷凝壓力、壓縮機和風(fēng)機電參數(電壓、電流、功率)等。

Test process data can be collected manually and automatically, providing means for controlling air conditioning quality, reducing its failure rate and increasing its reliability. Testable parameters include evaporator inlet and outlet air temperature, evaporation pressure, condenser inlet and outlet air temperature, condensing pressure, compressor and fan electrical parameters (such as voltage, current and power) and so on.

4、金相實(shí)驗   Metallographic test

-金相試驗室根據《ISO17025測試和校準實(shí)驗室能力的一般要求》及國家其它相關(guān)法律法規中的相關(guān)技術(shù)要求和規定而建立。

The metallographic laboratory is established according to ISO17025 General Requirements for The Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories and relevant technical requirements and provisions in other relevant national laws and regulations. 

-金相試驗室有專(zhuān)業(yè)的宏觀(guān)金相放大鏡（放大倍數0.7倍至5倍），可觀(guān)察焊縫剖面質(zhì)量；微觀(guān)金相放大鏡（放大倍數50倍至400倍），可觀(guān)察焊縫微觀(guān)組織質(zhì)量；萬(wàn)能試驗機（最大拉力100000N），可進(jìn)行材料和焊縫的拉力和彎曲試驗。

The professional macro metallurgical magnifiers (with magnification factors of 0.7~ 5) in the metallographic laboratory can be used to observe weld profile quality; the micro metallographic magnifiers (with magnification factors of 50~ 400) in the laboratory can be used to observe weld microstructure quality; the universal testing machine (with maximum tensile of 100,000N) in the laboratory can be used to carry out tensile and bending tests for materials and welds.

5、風(fēng)道模擬試驗   Air Duct Simulation Test 

2014年9月建成，兼容地鐵A型車(chē)、B型車(chē)、大鐵路、高鐵/動(dòng)車(chē)等空調系統風(fēng)道試驗。

It was completed in September 2014, and is compatible with tests for air conditioning ducts of A-type subway train, B-type subway train, large railway, etc.

6、性能試驗室   Performance Laboratory    

與中鐵檢驗認證（青島）車(chē)輛檢驗站有限公司聯(lián)合設計及建成，2015年底動(dòng)工，2016年7月投入使用，包括單層空調性能試驗室及雙層性能試驗室，占地350㎡。為鐵路空調性能提供試驗驗證。

This laboratory is jointly designed and built with China Railway Test & Certification (Qingdao) Vehicle Inspection Station Co., Ltd.; its construction commenced by the end of 2015, and it was put into use in July 2016; it includes single-layer air-conditioning performance laboratory and double-layer air-conditioning performance laboratory, covering an area of 350㎡; it can provide test verification for performance of railway air conditioning.

  7、高低溫熱濕交變室  High & low temperature alternating heat & humidity laboratory         

與中鐵檢驗認證（青島）車(chē)輛檢驗站有限公司聯(lián)合設計及建成，2015年底動(dòng)工，2016年7月驗收，并投入使用，為空調機組及其配件在高溫高濕、低溫條件下運行或存放，性能及可靠性的保障提供試驗驗證。試驗箱尺寸：D6100×W6000×H3800mm (深×寬×高)

The test chamber is jointly designed and built with China Railway Test & Certification (Qingdao) Vehicle Inspection Station Co., Ltd.; its construction commenced by the end of 2015, and it was accepted and put into use in July 2016; it can provide test verification for performance and reliability assurance of air conditioning units and their accessories operating or stored in high temperature, high humidity and low temperature. D、程序控制---可通過(guò)設定定值運行/可通過(guò)編輯程序，按設定的程序自動(dòng)運行

8、壓力波性能試驗臺 Pressure Wave Performance Test Stand 

于2012年，與青島理工大學(xué)聯(lián)合建立，為高鐵、動(dòng)車(chē)用壓力波保護裝置提供性能、可靠性驗證的依據。

It was set up in 2012 jointly with Qingdao Polytechnic University, to provide verification basis for performance and reliability of pressure wave protective devices for G-series high-speed train and bullet train.

功能：壓力變化率檢測/壓力累積變化檢測/壓力變化率和壓力累積變化/保護閥密閉性檢測/保護閥保壓性檢測

Functions:Pressure change rate test/Cumulative pressure change test/Pressure change rate and cumulative pressure change/Protective valve sealing test/Pressure retaining performance test

二、鐵路電源自動(dòng)測試設備  Automatic Test Equipment for Railway Power Supply

東莞生產(chǎn)基地中配備公司自主研發(fā)設計的自動(dòng)測試設備和老化平臺，具備高精度、低誤差、高可靠性等特點(diǎn)，以保障經(jīng)過(guò)測試后的每臺產(chǎn)品的性能和質(zhì)量都滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)需求。

Production base is equipped with automatic test equipment and aging platform independently developed and designed by the company, with high precision, low error, high reliability and other characteristics to ensure that the performance and quality of each product after testing meet customers' needs.

三、電纜生產(chǎn)實(shí)驗平臺  Cable Production Laboratory Platform

1、理化實(shí)驗室  Physical & chemical laboratory

理化實(shí)驗室根據《GB/T 17650-1998 》中的相關(guān)技術(shù)要求和規定而設計，對大鐵路、城軌及動(dòng)車(chē)高鐵軌道車(chē)輛配套的電纜所含HCl、HBr、PH值、電導率以及HF含量進(jìn)行檢測。

The physical & chemical laboratory is designed according to relevant technical requirements and regulations in GB/T 17650-1998; in this laboratory, detection is made for content of HCl, HBr and HF, PH value and conductivity of cables matched with large railway, urban rail, bullet train and G-series high-speed train.

2、電氣性能實(shí)驗室   Electrical performance laboratory

- 電氣性能實(shí)驗室根據《GB/T 3048-2007 》中的相關(guān)技術(shù)要求和規定而設計，對大鐵路、城軌及動(dòng)車(chē)高鐵軌道車(chē)輛配套的電纜絕緣電阻性能以及電纜耐壓試驗檢測。

The electrical performance laboratory is designed according to relevant technical requirements and regulations in GB/T 3048-2007; in this laboratory, detection is made for the insulation resistance performance and voltage withstand performance of cables matched with large railway, urban rail, bullet train and G-series high-speed train.

- 直流電阻試驗根據《GB/T 3956-2008 》與《GB/T 4910-2009》中的相關(guān)技術(shù)要求和規定而設計，對大鐵路、城軌及動(dòng)車(chē)高鐵軌道車(chē)輛配套的電纜導體以及導體中單絲進(jìn)行直流電阻檢測。

The DC resistance laboratory is designed according to relevant technical requirements and regulations in GB/T 3956-2008 and GB/T 4910-2009; in this laboratory, detection is made for DC resistance of cable conductors and single wires in conductors matched with large railway, urban rail, bullet train and G-series high-speed train.

-電氣性能實(shí)驗室根據歐洲標準EN50305含有對電纜進(jìn)行直流穩定性試驗，在行業(yè)內處于領(lǐng)先優(yōu)勢。

The electrical performance laboratory is designed according to EN50305; in this laboratory, DC stability test for cables is made, and it is in the leading position in this industry.

3、機械性能實(shí)驗室   Mechanical property laboratory

-機械性能實(shí)驗室根據《GB/T 2951-2008 》中的相關(guān)技術(shù)要求和規定而設計，對大鐵路、城軌及動(dòng)車(chē)高鐵軌道車(chē)輛配套的電纜耐磨性能、耐切通試驗以及電纜護套與絕緣的強度與伸長(cháng)率試驗檢測。

The mechanical property laboratory is designed according to relevant technical requirements and regulations in GB/T 2951-2008; in this laboratory, detection is made for abrasion resistance and cut-through resistance of cables matched with large railway, urban rail, bullet train and G-series high-speed train; also the insulating strength and elongation for sheath of the above cables are detected.

4、高溫老化實(shí)驗室  High temperature aging laboratory

- 高溫老化實(shí)驗室根據《GB/T 2951-2008 》中的相關(guān)技術(shù)要求和規定而設計，對大鐵路、城軌及動(dòng)車(chē)高鐵軌道車(chē)輛配套的電纜根據不同的產(chǎn)品標準進(jìn)行不同溫度等級老化試驗。

The high temperature aging laboratory is designed according to relevant technical requirements and regulations in GB/T 2951-2008; in this laboratory, aging tests at different temperature levels are made for cables matched with large railway, urban rail, bullet train and G-series high-speed train according to different product standards.

5、耐油實(shí)驗室  Oil resistant laboratory

-耐油實(shí)驗根據歐洲標準中的相關(guān)技術(shù)要求和規定而設計，對大鐵路、城軌及動(dòng)車(chē)高鐵軌道車(chē)輛配套的電纜耐IRM902油與IRM903油試驗進(jìn)行檢測。

The oil resistant laboratory is designed according to relevant technical requirements and regulations in European standards; in this laboratory, detection is made for IRM902 oil and IRM903 oil resistance of cables matched with large railway, urban rail, bullet train and G-series high-speed train.

6、電子輻照加速器  Electron Irradiation Accelerator
